Consider Building Your Exchange Replacement Property

Having trouble finding just the right exchange replacement property? Consider building a new building using an Improvement Exchange or a Reverse Improvement Exchange.

Brent and John can act as the real estate broker to buy the best site, then act as the project manager to coordinate that extremely time sensitive transaction.

Both types of Improvement Exchanges require intricate planning and more time to complete than the typical tax deferred exchange. The benefits are huge, but time is the enemy in this type of transaction.

Contact Brent or John with questions or to receive more information on how to define your goals and put together your investment game plan.
